How the Twitter to MP3 converter works

Audio quality
X stores the sound of most videos as AAC at about 128 kbps. The MP3 keeps that quality; promising 320 kbps would only make the file bigger without adding detail that was never there. Voices, interviews and podcasts sound clear; music filmed with a phone keeps the room sound of the original recording.
