Download in your browser
- In TikTok, tap Share → Copy link.
- Open Chrome, Samsung Internet or Firefox and go to slmtik.com.
- Tap Paste, then Download, and pick the quality.
- Wait for the "Download complete" message at the bottom.
Where to find it
- Samsung Gallery: Albums → Download.
- Google Photos: Library → Photos on device → Download. Turn on backup for that folder if you want it in the cloud too.
- Files by Google or My Files: Downloads.
- Chrome: three dots → Downloads lists everything you saved.
Saved, but not in the gallery?
- Gallery has not refreshed. Close it fully from recent apps and reopen. Restarting the phone also forces a rescan.
- The download folder is hidden. In Samsung Gallery, tap the three lines → Settings → Albums to show and turn on Download.
- The file saved as .bin or with no extension. Rename it to end in
.mp4in My Files. This happens on some older browsers. - A different browser download folder. Firefox and Opera can use their own folders. Check the browser's settings for "Download location".
Move it to the Camera folder
Some apps only list videos from the camera folder. In My Files, long-press the video, tap Move, and choose DCIM → Camera.
Storage space
A one-minute 1080p TikTok is usually 10 to 25 MB. If downloads fail halfway, check Settings → Storage. Choose 720p when you are short on space; on a phone screen it looks almost the same.
No APK needed
You never need to install an APK to download TikToks. Downloader APKs from outside the Play Store are a common way to spread malware. The browser does everything an app would.
